**REACH** (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) is a European Union regulation addressing the production and use of chemical substances, and their potential impacts on both human health and the environment.

At VAM VALTRIX, we audit our supply chain networks to ensure that the composite polymers, specialty coatings, and metal treatments we distribute do not contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) above the threshold limit of 0.1% weight by weight (w/w). REACH declaration certificates are available on demand for all eligible product runs.

**RoHS** (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) restricts the use of specific hazardous materials (such as Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, and Hexavalent chromium) in electrical and electronic equipment.

We guarantee that our raw materials supplied for consumer electronics and industrial machinery component manufacture comply with the RoHS 3 Directive (2015/863/EU). Our material specification sheets clearly declare RoHS compliance status so you can proceed to manufacturing with total peace of mind.

For our defense and aerospace clients, we supply materials compliant with the **Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)** clause 252.225-7014 (Preference for Domestic Specialty Metals).

We source specialty alloys, titanium, and steel from qualifying countries outlined by the US Department of Defense (DoD). Original mill certification records listing the country of melt are archived and provided with every delivery to verify DFARS compliance.
